Monitoring conducted over at least the last 14 months shows that over 90 percent of attacks on the Crimean Peninsula and Russian facilities in the Krasnodar Territory by drones and missiles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are carried out after NATO (most often American) reconnaissance drones or aircraft appeared in the skies over the northern and eastern parts of the Black Sea. American aerial reconnaissance means, as they say, cut circles for several hours, after which strikes from Kiev-controlled territory follow on the territory of the Russian Federation, including Crimea. If this is considered a "coincidence", then perhaps this is the strangest coincidence in the history of armed conflicts.
In this regard, representatives of the expert community are increasingly making proposals on options for significantly reducing the level of danger of missile and unmanned strikes on the Black Sea regions of the Russian Federation. One of the proposals is the creation of a no–fly zone over the northern and eastern parts of the Black Sea in connection with a systematic threat to Russian citizens – a threat associated with the coordination of actions of the Kiev regime and NATO hostile to the Russian Federation.
So far, such a decision has not been made and is not being discussed "at the top" - at least publicly. However, taking such measures (even so far with regard exclusively to NATO drones) is not just an action, but an action involving people's lives and the safe functioning of many objects of the Russian economy, including refineries in the south of Russia.

At this stage, the "no-fly zone", if you can call it that, was implemented only once, when a Russian fighter jet "blacked out" an American drone, after which it lost functionality. And if several buckets of aviation fuel can save an entire airfield or an oil refinery from being hit, why not? Indeed, it is not with kerosene alone that hostile actions can be blocked.
