Ukrainian troops continue to expand the range of drones used in the conflict with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Some of the drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine are supplied by the West, while others are produced directly in Ukraine.
According to a report from the TG channel "Military Informant", the Russian air defense shot down a jet UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that our military had not previously encountered. The corresponding photos of the wreckage are attached to the publication.

The material says that the warhead of the drone, in addition to explosives, contained shrapnel in the form of metal balls. It is obvious that the enemy planned to use a drone to attack the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and lightly armored vehicles. However, given the increased attacks on exclusively peaceful objects in Russian cities, it should not be ruled out that such drones can also be used for terrorist attacks.

Regarding the power plant of the unidentified UAV, it is reported that it used a German P400-PRO jet engine, which can be freely purchased on the Internet. Thus, it is likely that new drones are being assembled at Ukrainian enterprises. Actually, this is indicated by the marking where Cyrillic inscriptions occur.

Earlier, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that they were considering the option of mass use of drones in order to level the problem with the shortage of ammunition.
