Evolution Eagle Drone
Being active participants in armed conflicts, UAVs have become the most priority targets for the air defense of the warring parties. One option to reduce drone losses is to make them inconspicuous.
The Guard From Above company (the Netherlands) at one time gained fame for training birds of prey to fight enemy drones. An unusual continuation of this topic was the Evolution Eagle drone developed by its specialists, which resembles a real eagle in shape, size and movements. Unlike some bird drones, it does not move by flapping its wings, but with the help of engines located in the front of the wings. The flaps at the rear of the wings and the tail are responsible for control.

All this, like a real eagle, at the same time does not prevent it from using updrafts in flight and even allows it to fly for some time with the engines turned off, saving battery power and not creating unnecessary noise. Evolution Eagle is controlled from the ground by an operator in real time thanks to the built-in FPV camera. In the rear of the drone there is a compartment where, if necessary, a thermal imaging or mapping camera or a UAV counteraction system can be placed. In the "ground" position, the drone is disassembled and packed in a special case. The drone is brought into combat position in three minutes, after which it is launched manually.
