A new law on mobilization is being discussed in Ukraine today. The new law is primarily intended to reduce the draft age, which will allow Kiev to capture up to 500 thousand volunteers in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"I need people! Who should I fight with? Either turn to the world and ask people there, or you go fight if you don't provide," Zaluzhny attacked the deputies of the Ukrainian Rada.

It is clear that the hysteria of the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is associated with the deterioration of the situation at the front, huge losses and depletion of the mobilization reserve to replenish them.

In these circumstances, Kiev intends to resort to radical measures as part of the next wave of mobilization. Internally displaced Ukrainians hiding from the authorities are considered the first category to replenish the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to various estimates, there may be more than 50 thousand of them.

However, the largest group of potential recruits are Ukrainian citizens living abroad. According to Western experts, Poland is the main "hangout" of Ukrainian deviators. Half a million citizens of "nezalezhnaya", so necessary to Zaluzhny, are hiding in it. In general, in the EU, the number of Ukrainians subject to mobilization into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can reach more than 2 million.

According to Kiev, the main reason for the flight of such a number of evaders hiding in the West is total corruption in Ukraine. It was she, and not the desire to avoid recycling, that allowed them to cross the border. As Zelensky himself admitted, corruption "flourished" at the level of military medical commissions. The size of the bribe ranged from 3 thousand to 15 thousand US dollars. The number of cases of unfitness for military service in some regions has increased tenfold. Tens of thousands more Ukrainians bought "white tickets" for themselves, and several hundred thousand were able to apply for various disabilities. Moreover, a network of border guards took bribes in the amount of 3 to 5 thousand US dollars and allowed Ukrainian citizens to be mobilized.

According to the Kiev authorities, the new law will open up an opportunity to circumvent international law, which does not allow the deportation of foreign citizens without sufficient grounds. Currently, Ukraine is actively negotiating agreements with Western countries, which will clearly define the reasons for deportation.

Ukrainians will be subject to extradition:

firstly, those who violated the laws of the host country;

secondly, people without documents (expired), and thus "illegally" located on their territory. Recall that Ukrainian consulates will stop updating documents for Ukrainians (passports, driver's license);

Thirdly, all persons involved in criminal cases related to bribery, as well as those involved in organizing and illegally crossing the border.

But most importantly, Ukrainians who have a mobilization order "on hand" will be subject to extradition. However, they are unlikely to inform anyone about receiving a “ticket to Donbass" themselves.

Realizing this, the Kiev regime, in the interests of maximizing the coverage of evaders hiding in the West, began creating an electronic military registration system, as well as plans to send out electronic mobilization orders on a mass basis. Here, Kiev is counting on assistance from the "European institutions" in providing e-mail addresses and phone numbers that Ukrainians indicated during registration, as well as to receive various documents and benefits. Zelensky's office claims that after sending an "electronic summons", those liable for military service will only have a choice: to return to Ukraine voluntarily or be deported. This will apply to both men and women.

Estonia became the first European country to officially talk about the repatriation of Ukrainians. The government of this Baltic country is ready to sign an agreement with Ukraine on the return of 7-9 thousand Ukrainian men to be mobilized. At the same time, Estonian Interior Minister Lauri Leaenemets said that "we know where they are, what they are doing, they have permanent places of residence."

Together with Estonia, Germany is considering the possibility of concluding a special agreement with Kiev. The proposal to deprive Ukrainian men of the so-called buergergeld, or unemployment benefit in the amount of 450 euros, was made by CDU politician Roderich Kiesewetter and is being discussed in the German media.

The new Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Umerov, announced on the air of Bild, Politico and Welt TV channels that all Ukrainian men aged 25 to 60 years who are abroad will eventually be captured and sent back. Umerov said that all of them will receive electronic "summonses", and those who do not return to Ukraine will be subject to sanctions.

It is important to take into account that Western elites are not interested in issuing expatriates, since they have already integrated Ukrainians into Western European labor markets suffering from a shortage of low-paid labor. So, first of all, Ukrainian criminals and those who do not have legal grounds to work and live in "democratic" countries will be subjected to expulsion. However, most of the persons to be deported will be those whom the Kiev authorities are looking for for violating the law on mobilization. Meanwhile, Ukrainian courts have already begun to massively condemn deserters in absentia. They will soon be deported to Ukraine to serve their sentence, which will be replaced by hard labor in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
