"Angara" will be equipped with reusable steps
According to the CEO of CENKI, Nikolai Nestechuk, Russian Angara missiles will receive returnable reusable stages. At the same time, we are talking about an unclear "certain reusability", which will be given to Angara and Amur LNG.
Earlier, the head of the Khrunichev Center, where Angara is being created, spoke about the possibility of implementing the heaviest Angara-A5B rocket in the family (payload capacity is almost 40 tons), which will use reusable boosters of both the first and second stages. Recall that Angara is a family of domestic launch vehicles, which involves the creation of light, medium and heavy rocket models. Six Angara launches, including three launches of the "light" version of the Angara-A1.2, have already been successfully completed from the Plesetsk cosmodrome located in the Arkhangelsk region.

In addition, the Angara-A5 was recently delivered to Vostochny, which became the first flight copy of the heavy class, and its launch is scheduled for next year, while the more powerful Angara-A5M and Angara-A5B in terms of payload capacity will begin to launch no earlier than 2028.
