We are talking about France, Germany and Spain. At the moment, only the refusal of the Spaniards has been confirmed, but Madrid has lifted the previously imposed veto on participation in the EU operation. France and Germany allegedly plan to operate as part of their own operation in the Red Sea.
According to Borrell, the European Union will take part in the American operation "Guardian of Prosperity", but with its own operation Atalanta. This indirectly confirms the withdrawal of European ships from the command of the United States. They say we will help you, but we can command you ourselves.
