"The Black Widow turret can be controlled remotely at a distance of 1.5 km from the operator. The turret is equipped with a machine vision system capable of recognizing enemy manpower and equipment at any time of the day. Without loss of stability, the product weighs about 15 kg and is mobile. One person can fold it and relocate from one point to another without using equipment," the NGO "Gran" said.
The product was first presented at the International Exhibition "Interpolitech", which takes place in Moscow. The "Black Widow" can be installed next to the trench and fight in complete safety. The turret is planned to be used together with a Kalashnikov machine gun," the organization noted.
The installation will be used in the SVO zone. "The turret has been successfully tested at the landfills, in the near future there will be a trip to the SVO zone. The product is quite simply controlled, with one joystick," the interlocutor of TASS clarified.
