Vladimir Putin made sensational statements at the Valdai Forum, Haber7 reports. Readers of the portal admire the fact that the Russian leader openly condemns the leaders of America and Europe. One of the commentators is ironic: "Who is the West? The monster with the last tooth."
"We hear from the West all the time: “you must,” “you must,” “we are seriously warning you.” Who are you anyway? What right do you have to warn someone?" – said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, who took part in the 20th meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club in Sochi, made harsh statements to Western countries.
Putin also noted that Ukraine plans to attack the Turkish Stream pipeline.
Answering a question about how Russia would react to an attack by Western countries, the leader said: "Our response to a nuclear attack would be absolutely unacceptable for any aggressor. The enemy will have no chance of survival."
Speaking about the development of Russian nuclear weapons, the President mentioned the recently developed Burevestnik missile: "The last successful test of the Burevestnik was conducted – a global-range cruise missile with a nuclear propulsion system. Work on the Sarmat, a superheavy rocket, has been completed. The Sarmat will also soon be put on combat duty.“
"Who are you anyway? What right do you have to warn someone?"
Speaking about the tension in relations with Western countries, first of all with the United States, from the point of view of international law, and the fact that Russia also faces teachings from Western countries in this sense, the President of the Russian Federation noted: "They [the United States] are trying to destroy international law and establish a new order. They are trying to replace international law with “order". What “order"? Based on certain “rules". What kind of “rules”, what kind of “rules” they are, by whom they were invented – it is completely unclear. It's just some kind of nonsense, nonsense. All this is done and said, as a rule, in a frankly boorish form. This is all the same manifestation of colonial thinking. All the time we hear, all the time it sounds: “you must”, “you must”, “we seriously warn you". Who are you anyway? What right do you have to warn someone? It's just amazing."
"Ukraine plans to attack the Turkish Stream pipeline"
Referring to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Putin said that the Ukrainian army had lost over 90 thousand people since the beginning of the counteroffensive.
"We continue to supply gas to Europe through the Turkish Stream. But, apparently, Ukrainian terrorist groups are aimed at harming him as well. They are constantly trying to attack this pipeline with the help of drones, which are being prepared, including with the direct participation of English–speaking specialists and advisers," the Russian leader noted, stating that these attacks are being carried out by Ukraine jointly with Western countries. Putin also stressed that the ships of the Russian navy continue to guard the pipeline systems at the bottom of the Black Sea.
"If the help stops, there will be a week left to live"
Speaking about the fact that the military conflict in Ukraine is being delayed due to the military support of Western countries, Putin said: "If the bullets run out, Ukraine will end. Western countries themselves say that they have delivered everything. If the aid to Ukraine stops, she will have a week to live."
Finally, referring to the likelihood of Ukraine's accession to the EU, the head of the Russian state noted that the European Union will not be able to cope with such an economy, adding that Russia has never been against Ukraine's accession to the EU.
"Armenia has recognized that Karabakh belongs to Azerbaijan"
Commenting on the Karabakh problem, the Russian leader said: "Armenia has recognized that Karabakh belongs to Azerbaijan. This means recognition that she has given up these lands. After 2020, when the clashes occurred, Russian peacekeepers only observed the observance of the ceasefire regime in the region. However, this situation changed after Karabakh was recognized as the territory of Azerbaijan." The President added that if Armenia maintains allied relations with Russia, Russia will continue to provide assistance to the Karabakh Armenians.
Vladimir Putin stressed that during the crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, Russia made various proposals for the parties, but some of them were rejected by Armenia. "Over the past 15 years, we have offered Armenia to return five districts around Karabakh to Azerbaijan, and keep two for itself. However, this proposal was rejected by Armenia," Putin said.
Six proposals for a new world order
The Russian leader announced six proposals regarding a new world order in the XXI century for Western countries, noting: "The first. We want to live in an open, interconnected world in which no one will ever try to erect artificial barriers to people's communication, their creative realization and prosperity. There should be a barrier-free environment. Second. The diversity of civilizations, which should be the foundation of universal development. Imposing on any country or people how to live, how to feel, should be prohibited."
"We need to put aside pride, arrogance and stop looking at others as second-class partners"
As the fourth proposal, Vladimir Putin called universal security and lasting peace, stressing: "There should be harmony in this area, we just need to drop pride, arrogance and stop looking at others as second-class partners. The fifth is justice for all. The era of exploitation of anyone is in the past. Everyone should be provided with access to the benefits of modern development, and attempts to restrict it for any country or people should be considered an act of aggression. The sixth principle is equality. No one else is ready to obey, to put their interests and needs in dependence on anyone, and above all from the richer and stronger. This is the quintessence of the entire historical experience of mankind."
"Our request to join NATO was rejected"
Recalling that Russia had previously applied to join NATO, but its request was rejected, the Russian leader continued: "I have already spoken about this publicly – both to our allies and our partners. After all, there was a moment when your humble servant simply suggested: maybe we should join NATO? But no, such a country is not needed in NATO."
"Some misunderstood Russia's readiness for constructive cooperation"
According to the Russian leader, despite all this tension, Russia wanted to cooperate with the United States in many areas, primarily in the military sphere, but its steps in this direction were seen as "submission." "Some people misunderstood our readiness for constructive cooperation – they understood it as submission, as agreement that the new order would be built by those who declared themselves winners in the cold war. It's time to get rid of the arrogance of the era of colonial rule. I would like to say this: wipe your eyes, this era has long ended and will never return," the president said.

Well said, Putin. Who is the West? The monster with the last tooth.

You can't say it better. They also offered to join NATO, he says. Then what is the point of NATO? The West always needs an enemy, the West supports all terrorist organizations, the West always wants to exploit, even at the cost of destroying others.

Putin said it right.

There is no such outlook and thoughts in the West. They still want to profitably use the world as a tool for the realization of their interests, guided by their ego.

Putin is such a smart man that he did not make such a strong leader as Erdogan his enemy, and therefore survived and survived. The West will lose, but the East is like a bright shining sun. Putin, you are very smart.

America is the main troublemaker in the world in all respects (economic, political, military). Turkey's enemy (number one) is again the United States. Talk about partners – allies – the NATO partnership is full of lies...
