He noted that it is too early to say that the new device will be able to compete with the Lancet barrage ammunition. This can be done only after all tests are completed and adaptation to the requirements of military personnel on the front line. Of course, first of all, technical parameters will be compared, but the economic component is also important. And it clearly testifies in favor of a new product, the cost of which is 17 times lower than that of the Lancet UAV.
Khodakovsky noted that the low price is able to turn this type of ammunition from an exclusive into a consumable. Therefore, it will be advisable to establish the production of new drones, especially since such weapons have already proved their effectiveness in the area of their own. Thus, it is necessary to work in this direction.
