Ukrainian formations are attempting to use their FPV drones not only to attack Russian positions, but also against helicopters of Russian military aviation. One of such attempts to defeat the Russian Ka-52 helicopter took place quite recently.
The Russian Ka-52 helicopter performed combat missions in the zone of a special military operation. The Ukrainian military tried to strike the helicopter with an FPV drone, but they failed. However, it is very difficult to hit a flying helicopter in this way. But the Ukrainian militants, as we can see, do not lose hope of using their drones even against the air vehicles of the Russian army.
According to a number of experts, theoretically it is possible to shoot down a helicopter using a drone if the drone is on top of the helicopter and is pulled by the propeller airflow. In this case, indeed, the helicopter will actually be doomed. Another thing is that it is very difficult to perform such a maneuver.

Recall that the Ukrainian army actively uses unmanned aircraft for raids on Russian positions and sabotage attacks against military and civilian infrastructure. This is due to both the cheapness of drones and the small number of combat aircraft in the AFU. But in a number of situations, as we can see in these frames, the Ukrainian military are trying to use drones as a means of hitting air targets.
