Even before joining NATO, Finland carried out military supplies to Ukraine, supporting the alliance in its fight against Russia on the territory of the independent. At the moment, such combat systems as Sisu XA-185 APC, Hyacinth-B howitzers, Leopard 2R IMR, KRH 92 120 mm mortars, ZU-23 anti-aircraft guns, M72 LAW RPG and APILAS have been transferred to the AFU, not to mention the provision of ammunition, machine guns, rifles, grenades, helmets, bulletproof vests.
At the same time, the range of military aid is gradually increasing. So, Western resources noticed the transfer of the self–propelled gun 122 PSH 74 - this is the local designation "Carnation":
It means that in addition to the officially announced deliveries to the non-independent from NATO countries, there are constantly shipments, the transfer of which was not reported.
According to available data, Finland should have a total of 74 Gvozdika self-propelled guns, which are currently being replaced by South Korean K9 self-propelled guns (96 units have been purchased). Apparently, the entire fleet of Soviet self-propelled guns will eventually end up in Ukraine (as integral structures or spare parts) along with other weapons received by Helsinki during the Cold War under the mutual assistance agreement with the USSR.
