Within the framework of the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2023", the hydroacoustic station "Mayak-2014" was presented, designed to detect small underwater targets. The system has undergone a deep modernization, as a result of which the dimensions of the station have been reduced and the accuracy of detecting underwater objects has been increased.
The sonar station is capable of providing a range of identification of small-sized targets, such as swimmers, at a distance of at least 600 meters. The system is able to identify larger objects, including means of delivery of underwater saboteurs and underwater vehicles, at a distance of 800 meters to a kilometer.

In the upgraded version, thanks to an improved control system for technical parameters, the possibility of adapting the GAS to specific application conditions has increased.
The Mayak-2014 station is part of the Fort complex of technical facilities designed to protect marine and coastal facilities and is a remote sonar device lowered to the bottom without an additional anchor.
The system is equipped with four antennas and is capable of providing a circular view. When an object is detected in the water space, the GAS operator receives a corresponding signal.
"Mayak-2014" is a development of the concern "Marine underwater weapon - Hydropribor", which presented, in addition to the sonar system, the latest torpedoes and bottom mines.
