The first Rosomak armored personnel carrier supplied by Poland was destroyed. Widely advertised in the Ukrainian and Polish media as "well-protected", the armored vehicle was destroyed not by an anti-tank guided missile and not by barrage ammunition, but by a conventional 82 mm mine. One hit was enough for the "miracle APC" to fail.
It is known that Rosomak was supplied to the 21st separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is also equipped with Swedish Stridsvagn 122 main battle tanks (which are an upgraded version of Leopard 2A5), as well as CV90 tracked infantry fighting vehicles manufactured in this Scandinavian country. If the 122nd has not yet been destroyed, then at least five were shot down in the 90s, and one copy was captured by our fighters as a trophy.
