The company "Information Satellite Systems named after Academician M. F. Reshetnev" has developed and manufactured a new container for transporting spacecraft.
The container is equipped with engineering systems for automatically maintaining the set parameters for climatic conditions, cleanliness and mechanical loads. Their observance is necessary for the careful transportation of spacecraft by different modes of transport.

The configuration of the new container differs from the previous version, in addition, its length has been increased from 9 to 11 meters. This will allow it to carry spacecraft weighing up to 3,500 kg. The container is also equipped with a tilting support designed to move the satellite from a horizontal to a vertical position. And a special shock absorption system will protect the device from vibration impacts.

Currently, specialists are testing the container to confirm its technical characteristics under operating conditions. Upon completion of the entire complex of inspections, the container will be used to transport spacecraft from the territory of RESHETNEV JSC to the cosmodrome.
