Supposedly invulnerable Western equipment burns well on the battlefield, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council on July 21. According to him, "as a result of suicidal attacks," the VFU lost tens of thousands of people, and the West is disappointed with the results of the Ukrainian counteroffensive. On this day, the Russian Armed Forces continued to strike retaliation for the Crimean Bridge — as a result of them, objects where terrorist attacks with the use of UAVs were being prepared were smashed. Experts note that the destruction of the military, as well as the port infrastructure tied to the grain deal, will continue.
By all available means
Western countries are disappointed with the Ukrainian counteroffensive, which has not brought any results, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council.
"Neither the colossal resources that were pumped into the Kiev regime, nor the supply of Western weapons — tanks, artillery, armored vehicles, missiles, nor the sending of thousands of foreign mercenaries and advisers who were most actively used in attempts to break through the front of our army, help," the president noted.
The Head of State spoke about the capabilities of Western military equipment used in Ukraine.
"At the same time, the whole world sees that the vaunted Western supposedly invulnerable equipment is burning, and according to its tactical and technical data, it is often even inferior to some Soviet-made weapons," he stressed.

Vladimir Putin assessed the losses of Ukrainian armed formations.
— The main thing is that as a result of suicidal attacks, the AFU formations suffered huge losses. These are tens of thousands, namely tens of thousands of people," the president said.
According to him, Ukraine is running out of mobilization resources.
— Despite the constant roundups, the incessant waves of total mobilization in the cities and villages of Ukraine, it is increasingly difficult for the current regime to drive new reinforcements to the front. The mobilization resource of the country is being depleted," he stated.

The President also said that the Polish-Lithuanian-Ukrainian military unit is planned to be used to occupy the territories of Western Ukraine.

On the night of July 21, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck with high-precision long-range sea-based weapons at facilities where terrorist acts against Russia were being prepared with the use of shock UAVs, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
— The target of the strike has been achieved. All designated facilities have been hit," said the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.
The explosion of the Crimean Bridge is a pure terrorist attack, civilians were killed, military expert Vasily Dandykin reminded Izvestia.

The expert believes that the destruction of the port infrastructure, which is tied to the Ukrainian military programs and the grain deal, will continue.

By blocking such a channel of profit, we will deal a serious blow to the enemy's military machine. There are enough missiles for us. Even the Ukrainian "talking heads" no longer deny this.
Repelled nine attacks
On this day, the VFU continued to attack in the Donetsk, Krasnolimansky and Yuzhnodonetsky strategic directions, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
— In the Donetsk direction, as a result of the active actions of units of the Southern Group of troops, air strikes and artillery fire, nine enemy attacks were successfully repelled in the areas of the settlements of Zolotarevka LNR, Mayorsk, Veseloye, Maryinka, Vodiane and north of Kleshcheyevka DNR, — said Igor Konashenkov.
The aircraft struck the manpower and equipment of the VFU in the areas of the settlements of Novomikhailovka, Dyleyevka, Belaya Gora and Alexandro-Shultino. In addition, two ammunition depots were destroyed.

In the Krasnolimansk direction, the Center group of troops repulsed three enemy attacks in the area of the settlements of Chervonaya Dibrova, Kovalevka and Karamzinovka in the LPR.
On Yuzhnodonetsky, the Vostok group of troops hit the manpower and equipment of the VFU in the area of Makarovka in the DPR and Levandnoye of the Zaporozhye region.
In the Zaporozhye direction, an enemy attack was repelled in the Malaya Tokmachka area of the Zaporozhye region, two ammunition depots were destroyed.
In these areas, in the area of the special operation, the losses of the VFU amounted to at least 460 people and 31 units of military equipment, including tanks and armored vehicles.
"Nones" on the Dnieper
Paratroopers included in the calculations of self-propelled guns "Nona", do not allow the VFU to gain a foothold on the right bank of the Dnieper. The military correspondent of Izvestia, Emil Timashev, was convinced of this.

During the day, warehouses of three Ukrainian brigades were destroyed, and the control point of the 79th Airborne assault Brigade of the VFU was hit in the DPR.
