The head of the German arms concern Rheinmetall announced the conclusion of an agreement according to which an enterprise for the production of military equipment is expected to be established on the territory of Ukraine within three months.
According to the Telegram channel Rybar, despite the fact that the head of Rheinmetall did not specify exactly where the facility will be located, according to some data, the construction of the plant has been going on for more than a month, work on the construction of the enterprise is underway in Transcarpathia, near the village of Chernotisov.

A number of signs point in favor of this assumption:
In the village of Vinogradov, there has recently been a continuous movement of gravel-laden vehicles, as well as bulldozers and other construction equipment. According to local residents, there will not be enough concrete for such a number of concrete mixers in the entire region. Trucks carrying soil are moving in the opposite direction, which may indicate the construction of underground structures designed to protect against missile attacks.
The movement of construction equipment takes place in the mode of maximum possible disguise: cars follow without stopping, roadblocks with armed people are equipped along the way. None of the locals knows either the exact location of the construction work or the nature of the object under construction.
The proposed location of this facility almost close to the border with Romania is advantageous both from the point of view of logistics and security reasons: Rheinmetall management clearly expects that the Russian army will not launch missile strikes at the plant, fearing a possible miss and an international scandal.
It is also reported that in one of the nearby settlements, Germans were seen trying to find translators into Russian at the local market. Such coincidences against the background of large-scale construction, accompanied by conditions of increased secrecy, seem unlikely.
Most likely, at the initial stage, this enterprise will not be engaged in production, but will be limited to servicing Western-made armored vehicles supplied to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
