"The enemy is morally depressed. He sees his comrades dying. Massively. Therefore, many people want to surrender, because if they refuse to participate in hostilities, there they will face trial or reserve units that go into battle as meat — the first," said the commander of the psychological warfare task force with the callsigns "Trickster".
The APU militants are called in propaganda leaflets to disconnect the magazine, hang the weapon on the left shoulder with the barrel down, raise their hands and slowly come out of hiding. In this case, no one will touch them.

Many Ukrainian servicemen have used their right to lay down their arms. Anatoly Borodichenko, a fighter of the 35th Marine Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that he was forcibly thrown to the front.

On May 17, Russian servicemen of the Grad MLRS calculations of the Central Military District (CVO) used propaganda shells on the positions of the AFU. They are a projectile with a warhead, in which, instead of striking elements and explosives, rolls with propaganda leaflets are loaded. Each leaflet contains calls for the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to surrender.
