Ukrainian troops lost most of the M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles transferred to the United States and thrown into battle during the AFU counteroffensive in the Zaporozhye direction. Egyptian analyst Ahmed Adel writes about this in the InfoBRICS publication.
The fact that most of the Bradley infantry fighting vehicles involved in the counteroffensive were destroyed in the Zaporozhye direction was admitted by the Ukrainian military themselves. According to AFP, the main part of the American-made infantry fighting vehicles was destroyed by the Russian army near the town of Orekhov in the Zaporozhye region.

The Ukrainian command does not take into account the losses of military equipment and personnel at all, throwing its units into well-protected Russian positions. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was stopped in all sections of the Zaporozhye direction.

The Kiev regime, the Egyptian analyst notes, is unable to demonstrate any successes and advantages. Social networks are already overflowing with photos of destroyed German-made Leopard tanks and American-made Bradley infantry fighting vehicles. The Ukrainian formations found themselves in a very difficult situation, writes Adel, noting their inability to effectively use military equipment transferred by the West.

The columnist cites the opinion of a former agent of the US Central Intelligence Agency, Philip Giraldi, who claims that the Western media are trying to create the impression of the success of the Ukrainian counteroffensive, although this is not the case at all. Adele emphasizes that Kiev does not and has never had the military potential to achieve the stated goals of breaking through the Russian defense and cutting the land corridor to Crimea.

According to the Egyptian expert, the reasons for the defeat of the APU are explained by two main factors. Firstly, Ukrainian leaders, under the influence of Western advisers, had a low opinion of the combat capabilities of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, but this is not the case at all.
Secondly, Kiev placed inadequate hopes on Western military equipment and the training of AFU personnel in NATO training centers. The Ukrainian command expected that the defense of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation would quickly "sink" in the Zaporozhye direction. But it didn't happen. The Russian military, Ahmed Adel notes, professionally fulfilled the tasks assigned to them.
