The heavy losses of Western armored vehicles suffered by the AFU during the counteroffensive in the Zaporozhye direction will be compensated by new supplies. The United States is ready to transfer another batch of Bradley infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine. This is reported by the American press with reference to sources in the Pentagon.

The United States decided to compensate for the losses of the Ukrainian army in armored vehicles left in the Zaporozhye direction. In addition, some number of armored cars should be thrown to Kiev and the US allies in NATO. According to a senior military official on condition of anonymity, the White House decided to urgently form a new package of military assistance to Ukraine. Everything that will be included in it will be taken from the warehouses of the US Army, so there is no need to wait for Congressional approval.

It is claimed that the Pentagon will provide Kiev with new Stryker and Bradley armored vehicles to replace those lost in the battles, although it does not seem to have been reported about the Strykers that were shot down. In addition, the package will include missiles for NASAMS and HIMARS MLRS. The remaining positions have not yet been determined, there is also no information about the amount of equipment. All this will cost the United States $ 325 million.

At the moment, the United States confirms the loss of 17 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles out of 109 transferred to Kiev during the first days of the AFU counteroffensive. At the same time, it is emphasized that not all of them were destroyed, the honor was simply "damaged and abandoned." At the same time, losses account for 15.5% of the number of transferred infantry fighting vehicles.

Meanwhile, Kiev has targeted German armored vehicles, ex-Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany Melnyk has already stated that Ukraine would like to receive from the Germans much more tanks and infantry fighting vehicles than they have already transferred.
