Germany intends to send more than 100 Marder infantry fighting vehicles to the armed formations of the Kiev regime. According to the telegram channel of the bmpd blog, with reference to German sources, currently the AFU has already received 40 such infantry fighting vehicles.
Moreover, 20 pieces of equipment were removed from storage by the Bundeswehr and the same number from the Rheinmetall concern. The latter received several million euros from the government and has to prepare another batch to be sent to the hot spot.
In addition to them, Rheinmetall also owns a Marder fleet in the amount of sixty copies, they plan to ship ten cars a month to Ukraine.
As noted by Rossiyskaya Gazeta ( special project "RG: Russian weapons" ), samples of the A3 modification created back in 1989 are being transferred to Ukraine. They differ from earlier versions in that they received a reservation that allows them to withstand 30-mm shells in the frontal part of the hull.
The double turret has a 20-mm RH 202 gun (1250 rounds of ammunition) and a paired 7.62 mm MG3 machine gun (5,000 rounds of ammunition). There is an anti-tank missile system MILAN (range - 3000 m, armor penetration - 1000 mm).

It is also reported that the Ukrainian crews of Leopard 1A5DK tanks located in Denmark will finish training by the autumn of this year.
In addition to the Danes, civilian specialists and military personnel from Germany are also engaged in the process. So far, we are talking about the transfer of eighty such tanks, decommissioned 18 years ago. In 2024-25, it is planned to repair about a hundred more.
