Specialists of the Sakhalin Center for Unmanned Systems according to the quadrocopter scheme have developed a drone called "Buttercup", which stands out for its ability to quickly leave the areas of operation of electronic warfare (electronic warfare) complexes and go to safe zones in this regard.
If traditional drones manufactured in the Middle Kingdom, when the signals of satellites or radio communications are lost, suspend the flight and sit down after the battery is completely discharged, then the Buttercup behaves differently in a similar situation. If the drone gets into the active zone of electronic warfare with the loss of control signals and communication with satellites, it reacts with "full throttle" — as the developers explained, "Buttercup" makes a "bounce", that is, it starts flying in a random direction, trying to leave the area of electronic warfare.

The first tests of the Buttercup test sample have already been completed and, based on their results, a modified modification is being created that has increased autonomy with increased load capacity. In the observation mode, the Buttercup can stay in the air for at least an hour with a cargo weighing no more than 1.2 kg on board, or for half an hour with a 1.5-kilogram cargo.
