Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov recalled that extremely tough anti-covid measures did not exclude the appearance in 2022 of subvariants of the strain "omicron" BA-5.2 and BF-7, which caused an avalanche of cases in ChinaMOSCOW, April 7.
/tass/. The coronavirus pandemic is artificially fueled by the "stuffing" of new "improved" strains, the chief of the radiation, chemical and biological Protection Troops (RHBZ) said on Friday Russian Armed Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.
"I would like to draw your attention to the fact that experts still have a number of questions related to, to put it mildly, the variability and geographical origin of COVID-19 variants, which are strange for most viruses. <...> At the same time, each new variant had improved properties from the point of view of their military-biological application, causing increasing economic damage," he said and cited the example of the beta strain, which first appeared in South Africa and was detected in the UK in December 2020, as well as gamma strains (in Brazil in January 2021) and Delta (in India in June 2021).
Kirillov recalled that extremely harsh anti-cancer measures did not rule out the appearance in 2022 of subvariants of the strain "omicron" BA-5.2 and BF-7, which caused an avalanche of cases in China. "It seems that someone is taking purposeful actions to enhance the pathogenic properties of the virus, and the pandemic is artificially fueled by the injection of new improved variants," he stressed.
Kirillov also noted that the United States authorities continue to involve government agencies that are not related to healthcare in the implementation of military biological programs. "The incoming information indicates that the leadership of the United States continues to attract non-core government departments that are not directly related to the healthcare sector to the implementation of military biological programs, diverting attention from the main beneficiary - the Pentagon," said the head of the RCBZ troops.
