"The introduction of virtual reality technologies allows us to take the employee training process to a new level. With their help, the trainee gets the opportunity to hone technological operations to perfection, without distracting real equipment for these purposes and without being afraid of making a mistake. He learns the technique and the correct sequence of actions. Learns to act in emergency situations, while learning occurs efficiently and safely. A person develops muscle memory, which makes it possible to better assimilate information. The method is especially relevant for young professionals who grew up on computer games. This is a familiar, comfortable environment for them," said Oleg Yevtushenko, Rostec's executive director.
With the use of virtual reality technology, employees of the enterprise can not only master knowledge, but also pass the final certification.
"VR simulators have supplemented a number of technical tools and visual aids for practical training. This is just one of the learning tools that will complement traditional methods. We are confident that such modern technologies will find a wide response in our training programs," said Natalia Belova, Head of the UEC—Saturn Training Center.
