The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has published video footage of the work of crews of multi-purpose Su-35S fighters in the zone of a special military operation. Russian pilots went out to perform combat missions and conducted patrols in a given area. They were also engaged in covering the actions of assault and bomber aircraft, which regularly works on enemy positions.
In addition, according to the Russian military department, Su-35S fighters were involved in covering helicopters of army aviation, which struck military equipment, military facilities and locations of Ukrainian formations.
The message of the military department emphasizes that the flights of fighter jets of the Russian Aerospace Forces are carried out with suspended missiles of various classes.
Recall that at present the Su-35 multi-purpose fighter is one of the main fighter aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces. According to open sources, currently fighters of this type are in service with aviation regiments of the Aerospace Forces of Russia. In addition, 24 Su-35 aircraft are in service with the Air Force of the People's Liberation Army of China.
