The Russian military began using Murom-P long-range visual surveillance systems on the front line to monitor Ukrainian positions. This is reported by Ukrainian sources with reference to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thanks to the camera and thermal imager, it provides detection of both personnel and equipment at any time of the day. The Ukrainian military was instructed to destroy the "Murom-P" upon detection.
