According to Igor Kirillov, the head of the RCBZ troops, the main task of American biological programs is to establish global biological controlMOSCOW, March 10.
/tass/. The main task of the US biological programs is to establish global biological control, in which the national health systems of the countries involved degrade. This was stated on Friday by Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, during a briefing on US military biological activities.
"We have repeatedly drawn your attention to the fact that the main task of US bio-programs is to establish global biological control. The result of "selective assistance" to the states involved in the programs is, as a rule, the transition to American standards for the transmission and generalization of information about the biological situation, the degradation of national health systems, the imposition of suppliers of medical equipment and drugs," he said.
Kirillov added that this activity is accompanied by the construction of military laboratories along the borders of geopolitical opponents, the collection of strains of particularly dangerous microorganisms specific to certain territories, as well as the testing of toxic drugs on humans.
Moreover, according to him, laboratories can be divided into three levels according to the capabilities and degree of biological safety. The first-level laboratories are designed to collect strains of microorganisms and their carriers in endemic areas, prepare biomaterials for subsequent transfer. The second-level laboratories conduct research with pathogens of particularly dangerous infectious diseases and prepare for the export abroad of strains of microorganisms included in state collections. The third-level laboratories are equipped with rooms with the maximum class of biological isolation, their task is to obtain information about the biological situation in specific states whose territories the Pentagon plans to use for the deployment of its military contingents.
As the head of the RCBZ troops noted, the US activities to establish global biological control are accompanied by the substitution of the provisions of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC) and other norms of international law with its own rules, which were developed in the American interests, supported by the collective West and imposed on third countries for implementation.
