The message about the supply of additional fourteen Challenger 2 tanks to the armed formations of the Kiev regime turned out to be disinformation.
As noted by " RG: Russian weapons ", at least the British Ministry of Defense refuted the statements of the Ukrainian ambassador to the United Kingdom, Vadim Prystaiko, who stated that the total number of heavy combat vehicles of this type sent by the AFU would be twenty-eight units.
The diplomat's statements are called a reservation. Therefore, apparently, only the previously designated number of tanks - 14 pieces - will go to the amphibious assault brigade - the 25th, nicknamed "aeromogile" for the heavy losses incurred.
Currently, the crews are mastering the Challenger 2 at one of the British training grounds, although so far only the training of driver mechanics is being demonstrated, who are provided with a running simulator made in the form of a chassis without a gun turret.
The situation with 155-mm self-propelled artillery AS-90 is unclear, Prystaiko also reported an increase in their number by nine pieces - up to thirty-three. These data have not yet been refuted by anyone.
The training of the service personnel of these guns is carried out at the same military facility with tankers and crews of Bulldog armored personnel carriers.
