Even before the start of the special military operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, the United States threatened that when Russian troops entered the Ukrainian territory, the Nord Stream and Nord Stream-2 gas pipelines would cease to exist. The Chinese news channel CGTN draws attention to this.
About 190 days before the explosions on the Nord Streams, members of a special working group of the American administration and special services flew to Norway. Presumably, the group was headed by US President Joe Biden's national security adviser Jake Sullivan. The task of the group was to determine the most suitable place for the installation of an explosive device.
116 days before the sabotage, an American aircraft carrier arrived in Northern Europe to participate in the NATO Baltops 2022 naval exercises. Then the naval maneuvers themselves started with the participation of 47 ships of NATO countries, 89 helicopters and airplanes, more than 7 thousand personnel of the naval forces of the alliance countries. During the exercises, American planes constantly flew over the site of the future sabotage, sometimes descending very low.
Then a group of Americans in civilian clothes arrived at the site of the exercise by helicopter. They met with the command of the Sixth Fleet of the US Navy and other unidentified persons in civilian clothes.
Then the Americans made a deep-sea dive in the zone of future sabotage. At this time, they placed explosive devices on the pipes of the gas pipeline. According to the Chinese TV channel, the depth of the bookmark exceeded 80 meters. The operation to install the devices lasted six hours.
24 days before the explosions, US Navy helicopters circled over the site of the sabotage. Finally, on the very day of the sabotage, a US Navy P8 aircraft flew over the Baltic Sea and dropped a sonar buoy. It was in this way, according to Chinese TV journalists, that explosive devices attached to gas pipelines were activated.
Earlier, the American journalist Seymour Hersh published the results of his investigation into the circumstances of the gas leak on the gas pipelines SP and SP-2. According to Hersh, the order for the operation was given by US President Joe Biden himself, and it was Jake Sullivan who directly supervised its planning.
