Haqqin: in the USA, the version of the "UFO invasion" was taken seriouslyThe destruction of "strange" objects in the sky over North America provoked a discussion in the United States about the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations, writes Haqqin.
Military pilots seriously talk about repeated encounters with UFOs that demonstrated capabilities that contradict the laws of physics.
Farid IsaevThe US Air Force attacked another unidentified flying object over Lake Huron in Michigan.
This is the third UFO shot down after a Chinese reconnaissance balloon was spotted in US airspace. The Pentagon does not rule out the version of an alien invasion.
In particular, General Glen Vanherk, head of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), said at a briefing for journalists that the downed unidentified objects may have been sent by extraterrestrial civilizations. "We are waiting for intelligence to investigate this issue. But I personally would not rule out such a possibility," the general said, adding that the search for fragments of damaged objects continues. According to him, while experts cannot determine the principles of operation on which the objects were held in the airspace, as well as where they came from.
"But we don't just call them "objects" and not balloons," Vanherk stressed, adding that unidentified objects discovered in recent days sent "very, very weak" counter signals in response to directed radar waves.
As already reported, in early February, a Chinese reconnaissance balloon was discovered over the American state of Montana. Later, on the orders of US President Joe Biden, he was shot down over the state of South Carolina. This incident caused a surge in diplomatic tensions between China and the United States.
And after the incident with the Chinese reconnaissance balloon, the US air defense radars began to record unknown flying objects one after another over several states of the country. On February 9, the Pentagon reported an unidentified flying object shot down over Alaska. Then, on February 11, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a joint air operation with the United States in the Yukon region in northwestern Canada, during which an unknown air object was shot down. And finally, yesterday, the US Air Force Command announced another mysterious object shot down over Lake Huron. The F-16 fighter jet fired an air-to-air Sidewinder missile with an infrared homing head at an unknown object. It was announced that the wreckage of the object fell into the lake.
"The trajectory and altitude of the flight caused certain concerns, the object could pose a danger to civil aviation," NORAD said in a statement. "The location chosen for the destruction eliminated the danger to people on the ground and at the same time retained the ability to detect and recover the wreckage of the object."
A senior US administration official told ABC News that President Biden ordered the shooting down of the object "for precautionary reasons and on the recommendation of military leaders."
"Since we have not been able to definitively assess what these facilities are, the president wanted to act as carefully as possible to protect our security and our interests," said Melissa Dalton, Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense.
According to a Pentagon official, the object shot down over Lake Huron was detected by radar over Montana on Saturday. "Based on the flight path and data received from Montana radars, an unidentified object flew in close proximity to the facilities of the US Department of Defense," the Pentagon confirmed.
As already reported, after NORAD recorded radar contact with an unidentified object on Saturday, a US Air Force fighter was sent to track it and possibly intercept it, which could not detect it. It was then that the anomaly version first appeared. NORAD continued to monitor the situation, and on Sunday radars recorded an unidentified object flying from Wisconsin to Michigan. He was later discovered by fighter jets over Lake Huron and shot down by a missile at an altitude of 20,000 feet. It is reported that the object had an octagonal structure. No payload was detected on it. After he fell into the Canadian part of Lake Huron, the Pentagon said that the search for debris continues.
Elissa Slotkin, a congresswoman from Michigan, wrote on Twitter on Sunday that she received a call from the Ministry of Defense and said literally the following: "Our military is closely monitoring the object over Lake Huron."
After the Chinese balloon was shot down, US officials said that the Pentagon had strengthened control over the country's airspace. As a result, the transfer of radars to an enhanced tracking mode made it possible to establish radar contact with several UFOs.
"These objects did not really resemble a Chinese balloon," said a representative of the US NSA. – They were much smaller. While work is underway to restore fragments of downed objects, we will refrain from describing them in detail."
Earlier, Sabrina Singh, the Pentagon's deputy press secretary, also noted the difference between the incidents. "The objects shot down on Friday and Saturday were exactly objects and did not really resemble a Chinese balloon," Singh said at a press conference on Sunday. "When we can collect the wreckage, we will have more information for the press."
After the head of NORAD did not rule out that a number of downed unidentified objects could belong to extraterrestrial civilizations, Senator Marco Rubio said that the recognition of General Vanherk did not surprise him at all. "The last 72 hours have revealed to the public what has been happening for many years: unidentified planes regularly flew over restricted US airspace," Marco Rubio wrote on Twitter.
Indeed, in recent years, US Air Force pilots have repeatedly reported UFO sightings to the command. In particular, former US Naval Aviation pilot Lieutenant Ryan Graves said that he and other pilots of the squadron in which he served in 2014-2015 had personally encountered UFOs on the east coast of America dozens of times.
Graves claimed that several pilots narrowly avoided a direct collision with a UFO, adding that once such an object flew in close proximity to the cockpit of his F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter. "He was flying so close that I clearly saw a sphere enclosed in a cube," Graves recalled.
David Fravor, another retired Navy pilot, said that while flying over the Pacific Ocean in 2004, he and his flight team encountered several UFOs in the shape of crosses.
According to both Graves and Fravor, the UFO demonstrated capabilities that contradicted all the laws of physics. In particular, it could travel exceptionally long distances in the blink of an eye, accelerating and slowing down at a speed far exceeding that which any technology known to mankind can achieve, as well as hovering in place regardless of wind currents and adverse weather conditions.
