According to reports, the Kiev regime, with the support of the United States and European countries, is completing the preparation of a large-scale information provocation to accuse Russia before the start of the February 22 emergency special session of the UN General Assembly of allegedly gross violation of the obligations of the Convention on Nuclear Safety during a special military operation.
"These facts will be given a legal assessment," the report says.
