Graphene Humanity has learned to generate electricity under the influence of sunlight (visible radiation spectrum — waves with a length from 400 to 800 nm) using photovoltaics.

But why not use invisible spectrum radiation to generate electricity? According to Maxwell's theory, the cause of electromagnetic waves is the accelerated movement of electric charges, therefore electromagnetic fields, as well as the flow of neutrinos and other particles of the surrounding radiation fields, the nature of which may not even be fully known to scientists and has not been fully studied, arouse increased interest of scientists in the aspect of applied use, in particular, in the field of energy.

The development of science and technology has reached such a level that a wide range of scientists today are looking for solutions to the problem of using fields of the invisible radiation spectrum to create new technologies of electric generation without harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The task is not easy, because a material is needed that can convert the energy of the particles of the surrounding radiation fields into an electric current. Currently, the properties of graphene allow it to be used to solve such a problem due to the peculiarities of the vibrations of its atoms, which, due to the hexagonal crystal lattice, occur in the 3D plane in the form of "graphene waves" and are observed in a microscope with strong resolution. Moreover, the more intense the effect of the surrounding radiation fields and the higher the temperature, the greater the magnitude and amplitude of the vibrations of graphene atoms. The article "Graphene is able to convert the energy of electromagnetic fields into electricity" indicates that graphene belongs to 2D materials, having a hexagonal (hexagonal) crystal lattice, but shows signs of 3D materials. Such a structure of the crystal lattice leads to the phenomenon of so-called "graphene waves" or "ripples", when neighboring regions alternate between concave and convex curvature. The stronger the impact of energy and thermal fields, the stronger the vibrations of graphene atoms, which means the frequency and amplitude of the vibrations of "graphene waves". Theoretical studies explain that the electron-phonon coupling is the source of this process, since it suppresses the rigidity of long-wave bending and enhances out-of-plane fluctuations. Modern microscopes with high resolution allow you to see the "ripples" of graphene. Graphene has an extremely high electric current density and record mobility of charge carriers. In graphene, each atom is connected to 3 other carbon atoms in a two-dimensional plane, while one electron remains freely available in the third dimension for electronic conductivity.

Graphene It can be confidently stated that "graphene waves" are the phenomenon that opens the way for humanity to master the energy of "boundless" fields of radiation of the invisible spectrum.

It was about this mechanism of electricity generation a few years ago in an interview with the journal Research Frontiers, Professor Thibadeau (University of Arkansas) said: "This is the key to using the motion of 2D materials as a source of inexhaustible energy. Tandem vibrations cause ripples in the graphene sheet, which allows you to extract energy from the surrounding space using the latest nanotechnology." Scientists of the scientific and technological company Neutrino Energy Group, who created a nanomaterial from alternating layers of graphene and doped silicon, managed to find the "key" to generating electricity from the use of graphene motion in the 3D plane. Such a nanomaterial deposited on a metal foil made it possible to obtain a voltage of 1.5 V and a current of 2 A from a plate 200x300 mm in size, and the side of the foil with the deposited nanomaterial became the positive pole, and the reverse side of the foil without the nanomaterial became the negative pole. This is a truly fateful discovery, despite the fact that the general scientific community has not yet appreciated its global significance for solving the problems of emission-free power generation and electric mobility. The functionality of the technology and the characteristics stated in Patent No. EP3265850A1 have been confirmed by many independent examinations. In particular, at the beginning of January 2021, it became known about the confirmatory results of an independent examination carried out by order of the Daimler automobile concern, Professor Victoria Martin, a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.

com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Neutrinovoltaic technologies and the conclusions obtained from reputable scientific centers allowed, starting in 2021, to move to the industrial implementation of the technology. Thus, at the end of 2023 – beginning of 2024, it is planned to start industrial production of the first fuel-free generators of electricity Neutrino Power Cubes with a capacity of 5-6 kW, which do not have a single rotating part, unlike fuel-free generators developed by a number of inventors based on magnetic and electromagnetic fields. The features and wide adaptability of the Neutrinovoltaic technology allow it to be used especially for the needs of electric mobility. To solve this problem, the scientific and technological company Neutrino Energy Group has concluded joint work agreements with the Indian company Center for Materials for Electronic Technologies (C-MET) in Pune, the leading government laboratory of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), headed by CEO Dr. Bharat Bhanudas Kale - a member of the Royal Chemical Society in London, one of the world's most renowned scientists in the field of energy and materials, as well as by SPEL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — the first and currently the only manufacturer of supercapacitors and their improved versions in India. The company is also an industrial partner of COERB, the MeitY-CMET initiative. Dr. Rajendrakumar Sharma, CEO of SPEL Technologies, is called the "father of supercapacitors." At a press conference organized by the Indian side in early February 2023, Holger Thorsten Schubart announced the development of a self-charging Pi electric vehicle for 3 years and the initial investment volume for this project in the amount of 2.5 billion euros. The creation of new nanomaterials and their application opens up great opportunities for modern scientists, researchers and industry in the field of creating technologies that will allow them to permanently abandon the use of fossil fuels.
