Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation Sergey Naryshkin said that Kiev places missiles and artillery ammunition sent by Western countries on the territories of nuclear power plants.
According to him, the enemy has an understanding that Russian troops will not shoot at nuclear facilities, since Russia does not just demonstrate respect for the principles of nuclear safety, but is "a model of their observance."
