It says that the PAX system was introduced in Ukrainian laboratories, which allows the Pentagon to monitor in real time the location and use of particularly dangerous pathogens, and also provides access to the results of experiments. Elements of this system were transferred to Ukraine under the label "property of the US government".
According to Kirillov, the high risk of emergencies in American biological laboratories has become one of the reasons for their withdrawal from national jurisdiction and transfer to the territory of third countries, including Ukraine and other states.

Selective biological weapons, which could be developed in Ukraine, are extremely dangerous, said Oleg Zheltonozhko, a specialist in the field of chemical and biological weapons.
— In modern conditions, it is extremely difficult to separate the genotypes of people against whom they are going to develop weapons — the world is global and extremely mobile, — he explained. — These are not the Middle Ages, where people's genetic communities were concentrated in certain areas. The leakage of such weapons will inevitably become a global problem. It is not for nothing that the USA transfers all work with bioweapons abroad, thus being insured against all kinds of risks. But in the global world it is very difficult to localize this or that epidemic, we have seen this with the example of COVID-19. For this reason, it is impossible to drive such a weapon into some kind of framework, it can only be banned. Russia is trying to call for common sense, but there are problems with this in the West now.
Strike at the mercenary base
On November 26, nine Russian servicemen were returned from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime. They were flown by VKS planes to Moscow for treatment and rehabilitation in medical institutions. All those released are provided with the necessary medical and psychological assistance, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
On November 26 and 27, the Russian armed forces continued to fight with Ukrainian armed formations.

On November 27, the attempts of the VFU to attack the forces of two company tactical groups were thwarted in the Krasno-Limansky direction. In addition, on this day, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to equip strong points and gain a foothold in the areas of the settlements of Ploshchanka and Chervonopopovka. A day earlier, the VFU also unsuccessfully tried to attack units of Russian troops with the forces of two company tactical groups. The VFU units were dispersed. In two days, the enemy's losses in this direction amounted to more than 90 servicemen killed and wounded, three armored combat vehicles, four units of special vehicles, three infantry fighting vehicles and two cars.

On Sunday, in the South Donetsk direction, the enemy's attempts to restore the lost position in the areas of the settlements of Novomikhailovka, Pavlovka and Shevchenko in the DPR were prevented. All attacks are repelled, the enemy is thrown back to their original positions. On this day, Ukrainian formations lost up to 60 killed and wounded, one infantry fighting vehicle, two armored combat vehicles, two MT-LB and five vehicles.
A day earlier, in this direction, the enemy tried to restore the lost position in the areas of the settlements of Novomikhailovka and Nikolskoye in the DPR. The units of the VFU have been thrown back to their original positions. In addition, an attempt by Ukrainian troops to attack Russian positions in the area of the settlement of Vremevka was reflected. Enemy losses amounted to up to 40 people killed and wounded, one tank, two infantry fighting vehicles and five pickups.
In two days, operational-tactical, army aviation, missile troops and artillery of Russia hit 11 control points of the VFU, a temporary deployment point of the national formation, two ammunition depots of the HIMARS MLRS, four warehouses of rocket and artillery weapons of the VFU "Zaporozhye" group of troops, 118 artillery units in firing positions and 295 areas of concentration of troops.

A battalion tactical group of Russian paratroopers defended an important strategic object. The nationalists launched a counteroffensive. Risking her own life, she carried the wounded out of the shelling, saving their lives, the military department said.
The unit of Captain Alexei Butenko liberated the settlement. Alexey and his subordinates quietly bypassed the militants' fortifications from the rear and suddenly attacked them. As a result, some of the Ukrainian militants were eliminated, six were captured. At night, the enemy tried to regain control of the settlement. Alexey, being at the forefront of the attack, competently led his subordinates. As a result, the enemy retreated, losing one tank, two armored personnel carriers and more than 20 people killed.

The positions of Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Kozlov's jet division came under shelling. He quickly got his bearings in a difficult situation and brought the personnel and weapons of the division out of the fire. Thanks to the courage shown by Lieutenant Colonel Kozlov, the jet division retaliated with fire and shackled the enemy's offensive and forced him to retreat to his starting positions, the Defense Ministry noted.

During the battle, Ensign Arsen Mamashov provided emergency medical care to seven wounded servicemen, carried them out from under fire to a safe place.
