/tass/. Specialists of the Advanced Weapons Center at the 46th Central Research Institute of the Russian Ministry of Defense are developing the concept of a super-relief vehicle for transporting people and cargo in a combat zone, a source in the defense industry complex told TASS.
"The Center for Advanced Weapons at the 46th Institute of the Russian Ministry of Defense is developing the concept of a super-relief platform. Now in the special operation it is clearly visible that there is not enough speed of movement of goods and people. The war became very fast. Automotive equipment does not have time," the agency interlocutor said.
According to him, the idea of a super-relief flying platform is that it will not be a full-fledged aviation complex, expensive and serviced by highly qualified aviation technicians, but a platform will be created that, with the help of propellers, will rise above the surface and move around the terrain. The technical requirements include ease of maintenance and maintainability.
As the interlocutor of TASS clarified, the prototype of the super-relief platform should appear after 2025.
