The former head of Roscosmos, Rogozin, said it was necessary to "return" Kiev to Russia The former head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, said that Russia "needs to return" Kiev.
He also told what types of weapons are being tested in the zone of the military special operation, and specified the delivery dates of new weapons to the Russian army.
"Not a strange city"
Dmitry Rogozin posted on his Telegram channel a video of an interview he gave in the zone of the military special operation. He called on all fellow citizens to go to Donbass and help at the front.
"There is a principle that I always follow - the one who is ready to go to the end always wins. Even if it is weaker. To the end is to win. I believe that it is impossible to leave an aggressively Russophobic Ukraine pumped up with weapons in the form in which it currently exists," Rogozin said.
He said that for some time he lived in Kiev, as his father worked there at the Antonovsky plant as a senior military representative.
"Kiev is not a foreign city for me. When I look at what kind of devilry is going on there… Well, Kiev definitely needs to be returned," the ex-head of Roscosmos stressed.
Tasks of the "Royal Wolves"
Rogozin said that he came to the area of the SVO together with a group of "Royal Wolves". He explained that this is a military-technical center, which includes specialists in the field of weapons, military special equipment.
"Our task is to use such a unique opportunity and see how certain means are used, identify shortcomings and, of course, offer new means, be it electronic warfare, electronic reconnaissance, new sighting equipment, new strike and reconnaissance unmanned systems," the ex-head of Roscosmos said.
He noted that new weapons should be tested not at the landfill, but in the area of the SVO. According to him, it also allows "to receive either claims, or, conversely, kind words." Rogozin added that after each test, he prepares relevant materials for the country's leadership.
"Just the other day we hosted another group of developers of means of armed struggle. They came by themselves. They listen to the operators from the battalion, from the corps. Well, they understand that they did not take into account. This is the best way - not to go through the top, but directly. (Interact - "Newspaper.Ru") immediately with the chief designer, with technologists, with those on whom the serial production of these weapons depends," Rogozin explained.
He is sure that there are "many more talented people" in Russia. In his opinion, "the only problem is that 90% of these talented people are physically unable to make their invention serial."
"We often see some unique drones, but the developer cannot produce more than five or six pieces. Because we need accessible databases of components that make up a particular product, we need workers, primary financing. Our center solves such tasks," the ex-official stressed.
Rogozin said that "very experienced specialists work with him, who not only understand the technique and nuances, but also know at which enterprise it is possible to deploy serial production."
"This is our unique advantage. There are PMCs - private military companies - and there is PMPC - a private military industrial company. That's what we are," he explained.
Deliveries to the front "under the Christmas tree"
Rogozin also clarified that together with his colleagues, he brought winter equipment with sleeping bags for two battalions to his zone.
"It's just friendly support of our battalions. We didn't come here just to carry humanitarian aid. Our task is technological assistance," the ex-official said.
He promised that "real help will begin in the next day and a half." However, he refused to specify what exactly the specialists would bring to the front.
In addition, according to him, in the first decade of December, the "Royal Wolves" will bring "the first batch of smart sights for mortars that they tested" in the area of their own. Then Rogozin intends to put the proven "space communication complexes" on the front, which "will provide much higher mobility and controllability of the artillery."
"I hope that by the end of December, under the Christmas tree, we will bring our first latest developments of drones, including shock ones. And then we'll try them out. I am sure that everything should work out. Then we will start serious deliveries before the end of winter. I think we will do it in two months," concluded the ex-head of Roscosmos.
