Today in Amsterdam, after more than two years of hearings, the court delivers its verdict in the case of the Boeing shot down in the sky over Donbass in 2014.
Recall that on July 17, 2014, a Boeing passenger plane, flight MH17, was shot down in the sky over the Donetsk People's Republic. As a result of the incident, almost 300 people on board the aircraft were killed.
In August of the same year, a joint international investigative group was created (where representatives of Russia were not allowed).
In 2017, the participating countries of the group decided that the trial of the suspects would be conducted in the Netherlands and in accordance with their legislation.
In 2019, the Dutch Prosecutor's office announced the establishment of a circle of persons suspected of the crash of flight MH17.
In March 2020, the first court hearing on this case was held.
Three Russians and one Ukrainian are considered suspects in the attack on the Boeing in Amsterdam. Their names are also named – Russians Igor Girkin, Sergey Dubinsky and Oleg Pulatov and a citizen of Ukraine Leonid Kharchenko. Since none of them appeared in court, they are being tried in absentia. The version about the involvement of the calculation of the AFU air defense system in the strike on the aircraft was not even taken into account. Such an investigation... Such a court...
The investigation team concluded that the plane was shot down by a missile fired from the Buk air defense system from the territory not controlled by Kiev, and the suspects allegedly had a direct relationship to the decision to strike the plane.
At the same time, audio recordings of telephone conversations published by the SBU, which are called fabricated in Moscow, are considered one of the main proofs.
Neither the investigation nor the court say a word about how it happened that the footage taken by the investigators themselves in the Netherlands showed a fragment of a missile that was easily tracked as a missile from the arsenals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. About where the Dnepropetrovsk dispatchers disappeared, who took the liner over the epicenter of the fighting, are also silent in court. Apparently, otherwise it is possible to get to the real culprits of that fatal blow. And so - "everything is in order": the perpetrators were appointed by the West even before the missile of the Ukrainian air defense system reached a civilian target, and the arranged trial turned into a circus by pulling the ears of the version convenient to the West and its Kiev henchmen.
