The devices for remote sensing of the Earth and the automatic identification system of ships (AIS) of the company "Sputnix" were demonstrated to the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov and assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin at the exhibition "Aeronet-2035". "The president of Sitronics Group Nikolay Pozhidaev demonstrated to the assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov and the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin models of small spacecraft and platforms for remote sensing of the Earth of medium and high resolution, automatic identification system of vessels (AIS), as well as plans for the development of satellite groupings of the company", - reported in the company.
The Orbicraft-Zorky spacecraft of the CubeSat 6U format and the layout of an ultra-compact satellite for the operation of the CubeSat 3U AIS system were presented at the exhibition. According to the company, similar devices have been launched as part of the Space-Pi scientific and educational project and are already transmitting data from sea vessels for the Sitronics Group AIS data visualization platform. Among other things, they can be used to ensure the operation of automatic identification systems in civil aviation and the reception of data from Internet of Things (IoT) sensors.
From November 20 to 27, the Aeronet-2035 exhibition will be held at the Cosmonautics and Aviation Center at VDNH, dedicated to advanced domestic developments in the field of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) for logistics, forestry and agriculture, geodata collection and other tasks. The organizers of the exhibition are ANO "NTI Platform", the NTI Project Support Fund, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Government of Moscow.
