High-precision weapons attacked objects in most regions of the countryOn November 15, the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched a large-scale cruise missile strike on the infrastructure of Ukraine, which led to power outages throughout the country.
The Russian Defense Ministry thus disables the AFU facilities, and at the same time demonstrates the readiness and availability of resources to continue such operations, experts say. The ministry also clarified the data on the losses of the Kiev regime during the capture of Pavlovka the day before — up to 1400 fighters. The DPR announced the liberation of the village of Opytne in the Avdiivka direction.
Coordinates of attacks
On Tuesday afternoon, numerous videos of cruise missile flights over Ukrainian cities appeared on social networks. Local authorities reported a large number of hits and damage to "critical infrastructure", despite the work of the air defense. After a massive strike with precision weapons, power outages began in most regions.
The power outage was reported from Kiev, Kharkiv, Lviv, Odessa and other major cities. The authorities of the Ternopil region announced the emergency de-energization of 90% of the region. "Ukrainian Railway" reported that it is preparing to put into operation a lot of diesel locomotives because of the strikes.

In the office of the Ukrainian president in the evening, 15 energy infrastructure facilities were reported damaged. The Energy Minister described the situation as critical.
Mobile operators of Ukraine have imposed restrictions on the operation of some services in order to save electricity for calls. According to the online service NetBlocks, which tracks the intensity of Internet traffic, activity in the evening fell across Ukraine by a third compared to normal values.
Judging by the incoming information, on November 15, one of the most powerful cruise missile strikes in recent times was inflicted on objects on the territory of Ukraine, and this refutes rumors that the Russian Armed Forces are allegedly running out of precision weapons, military expert Vladislav Shurygin noted in an interview with Izvestia.

— The meaning of the current message is that we conducted reconnaissance after the previous series of strikes, identified the most vulnerable objects that are now trying to restore, — the expert suggested. — And we continue to disable the military and energy infrastructure in a dosed manner. The Ministry of Defense demonstrates that it has the necessary resources to destroy important objects on the entire territory of Ukraine without exception.
Offensive and defensive
The headquarters of the DPR defense Ministry reported that a group of troops of the People's Republics, with the fire support of Russian artillery, liberated the village of Opytne in the Avdiivka direction.

Establishing a connection
The Russian Defense Ministry told about the servicemen who showed courage and dedication in the battles.
Captain Konstantin Kuligin's company provided communications in the interests of the battalion tactical group defending one of the settlements. As a result of the shelling, the hardware was damaged and the communication in the group was lost. Kuligin promptly restored the operation of the hardware room.
— His courageous and selfless actions on the battlefield ensured stable management of the personnel of the battalion tactical group, as a result of which the offensive was stopped, — the military department said.

The column of the control center, in which Senior Sergeant Artem Rochkov was moving, engaged in an unequal battle with the VFU. In battle, Artyom provided communication within the column and with the headquarters. After the shelling, the antenna of the radio station failed. Artyom, under fire, was able to quickly set up the station, which allowed him to call for reinforcements. Thanks to the actions of Senior Sergeant Rochkov, Russian servicemen repelled attacks until reinforcements arrived, and then launched a counteroffensive and defeated the enemy, the department said.
Corporal Jamal Khamurzaev, as part of a mortar crew, supported the offensive of Russian units with fire. When Jamal received intelligence about the positions of the militants, he immediately made an accurate mortar tip. As a result, a dugout was destroyed, as well as an ammunition depot.
