Germany confirmed the transfer to Ukraine of Dingo armored vehicles and missiles for the already delivered IRIS-T air defense system. An updated list with an indication of everything transferred is published on the website of the German government.
According to the list, the Germans supplied Kiev with 30 Dingo armored cars, a batch of anti-aircraft missiles for the IRIS-T air defense system. Most likely, we are talking about upgraded IRIS-T missiles manufactured by the same company Diehl, created on the basis of air-to-air missiles. Also recently, 5 heavy M1070 Oshkosh tractors, 3 loaders, 18 reconnaissance drones, 18 anti-drone systems, which are not exactly reported, have gone to Ukraine.
Earlier, Berlin reported plans to transfer 50 Dingo armored cars to Kiev, which means that 30 more cars will go to Ukraine in the near future. These armored cars were adopted in Germany in 2003. The armor holds a 7.62 x 51 mm bullet and fragments at a range of up to 90 meters. Mine protection is designed to detonate up to 8 kg in TNT equivalent. Weapons depending on the tasks performed, i.e. from machine guns to grenade launchers. The landing compartment accommodates 8 people.
Meanwhile, the UK announced the imminent dispatch of military aid to Ukraine, which will include winter uniforms for the Armed Forces, sleeping bags and winter tents. According to the British government, Kiev will receive 12,000 sleeping bags, 150 heated tents and 25,000 sets of winter uniforms, not counting 7,000 winter sets, in which the British have already dressed the Ukrainian military taking part in Interflex exercises.
