According to the official position of the state, it does not recognize the separatist regime of the island, and therefore the slogan of the country's leadership "One country – two systems" is quite appropriate here (as with Hong Kong - Hong Kong). Also during the congress, the main tasks of the Communist Party were defined, providing for the creation of a powerful, modern socialist state.
