Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order that allows Roscosmos to conclude a contract in 2023 for the performance of experimental design work (R&D), the result of which will be, among other things, the sending of astronauts and cargo to the International Space Station (ISS) in 2023-2027. The relevant document was published on Wednesday on the legal information portal.
