/tass/. Bulgaria will not supply Ukraine with heavy weapons, despite Kiev's request. This was announced to journalists on Thursday by the Minister of Defense of the technical government of the country Dimitar Stoyanov.
"The Ambassador of Ukraine requested heavy weapons from us. My answer was clear: there is a decision of the parliament on the provision of military-technical assistance, but not on the provision of weapons. While I am the minister, weapons will not be provided to Ukraine," Stoyanov said, answering a question from the Bulgarian National Television.
