Washington provides the Kiev regime with data on the location of critical facilities of the Zaporizhia NPP (ZAES) so that Ukrainian nationalists fire at them, creating a threat of disaster, the consequences of which can surpass the scale of the Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear power plant accidents. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev.
"A serious threat to radiation safety is the shelling by Ukrainian nationalists of critical facilities of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant from heavy guns supplied by NATO countries, targeting which is carried out by the United States," Patrushev said on Monday in Kemerovo at a meeting on national security in the Siberian Federal District.
"The consequences of these provocations can be very catastrophic not only for the majority of the population of Ukraine and Russia, but also in Europe, and in their scale can surpass the tragedies that happened at nuclear power plants in Chernobyl and Fukushima," the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation warned.
