Prototype of an unmanned truck "Ural"

At the International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2022" JSC "Ural Automobile Plant" (as part of the United Machine-Building Group LLC) presented a prototype of an unmanned truck on the chassis "Ural-432067-73" with a 4x4 wheel formula. Although the machine was originally developed for the Russian Armed Forces, however, it is offered for both military and civilian applications (which was emphasized by the original "two-sided" scheme of the machine's coloring).

The prototype lacks a driver's cab and controls for a person, and an all-metal side platform is located at the rear, on which a load with a total weight of up to five tons can be placed. The largest mass in curb condition is 6420 kg . The car is driven by a 240-horsepower diesel engine, which works in combination with a six-speed automatic transmission. The truck is also equipped with air suspension and anti-lock braking system (ABS). The maximum speed on the highway is 80 km/h, the power reserve is up to 800 km.
