Information stuffing is aimed at diverting attention from the facts of prohibited military biological research discovered in Ukraine by the United States, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at the opening of the Moscow Conference on International Security within the framework of the Army-2022 forum.
"Information provocations are aimed at diverting attention from the facts discovered in Ukraine by US specialists of prohibited military biological research.
