Ukraine has replenished its helicopter fleet, Latvia has transferred a batch of rotorcraft to Kiev. This was announced by the Minister of Defense of the Republic Artis Pabriks.
According to an entry made by the Latvian Minister in one of the social networks, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic handed over four helicopters to the Ukrainian Air Force: a pair of Mi-2 and a pair of Mi-17. Moreover, the equipment was transferred free of charge, as a gift. However, the technical condition of the helicopters is not all right, one of the Mi-17 definitely needs major repairs. The rest of the helicopters were planned to be painted before being sent to Ukraine. The equipment is delivered disassembled.

Recall that the Baltic countries are the most ardent supporters of the Zelensky regime and help Ukraine even to their own detriment, if only the Ukrainian army would cause more damage to Russia. In Latvia, they even allowed their citizens to fight on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against the Russian army, and changes to the legislation of the republic allowing them to go to Ukraine were adopted literally in 20 minutes. At the same time, participation in hostilities on the side of the LDPR is a criminal offense. This is the electoral legislation.
Recently, Riga announced the return of universal military duty, since the "professional" Latvian army is not able to "stop the Russian invasion."
