The Russian Defense Ministry announced the goals and results of the missile strike on Vinnitsa
The Russian armed forces on a regular basis began to destroy the decision-making centers of the VFU of Ukraine. On July 15, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that a day earlier, Kalibr missiles had been struck at the Officers' House in Vinnytsia, when a meeting of the command of the Ukrainian air forces with foreign arms suppliers was held there. Everyone present is destroyed. This is the second such blow in less than a month. On June 19, the headquarters of the Ukrainian group "Alexandria" was destroyed, more than 50 generals and officers were killed there. Experts note that the result of the missile attack on Vinnytsia was a serious blow to the existing system of aviation equipment supplies to Ukraine.
In one blow
On July 15, the Russian Defense Ministry shared details of the strike on the decision-making center in Vinnytsia.
"On July 14, high-precision sea-based Kalibr missiles struck the building of the garrison House of Officers in the city of Vinnytsia. At the time of the strike, a meeting of the command of the Ukrainian air forces with representatives of foreign arms suppliers was held at this military facility on the transfer of the next batch of aircraft, weapons of destruction, as well as the organization of repair of the Ukrainian aviation fleet," said the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.
According to him, the participants of the meeting were destroyed. In Vinnitsa, a blow was struck at the decision-making center, which has been talked about a lot lately, said military expert Vladislav Shurygin.

— The destruction of such groups of leaders is, of course, luck, — he explained. — Their loss will lead to great disorganization. These are the best people in their industry, they are well aware of the situation. The destruction of representatives of foreign military-industrial complexes is a serious blow to the entire existing supply chain, but, most importantly, to their planning. Now this work will have to be carried out anew. It is also important that foreign leaders are now unlikely to want to go to Ukraine. As a result, the Ukrainian side will have to travel to many countries by itself — this will increase the decision-making time. These are not fatal losses, but they will certainly disrupt the process of supplying aircraft and weapons to Ukraine.
The destruction of representatives of the air forces of Ukraine is another success, he noted.
— In order to educate a competent commander, it takes years, — he noted. — It will not be so easy to find competent and responsible people to replace them.
According to Vladislav Shurygin, the number of strikes on decision-making centers should be increased.

This is the second blow inflicted on decision-making centers in less than a month. On June 19, the military department reported that the command post of the Ukrainian troops near the village of Shirokaya Dacha in the Dnipropetrovsk region was destroyed by sea-based "Calibers". At the time of the strike, a meeting of the command staff of the Alexandria group of troops was taking place there.
As a result, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, more than 50 generals and officers of the VFU were destroyed, including from the general staff, the command of the Kakhovka group of troops, airborne assault troops and formations operating in the Mykolaiv and Zaporizhia directions.
Kraken suffers losses
The Russian armed forces continue to attack the objects of the military infrastructure of Ukraine. As a result of high-precision strikes on the temporary locations of the 40th and 45th artillery brigades, the Kraken and Right Sector national formations (the organization is banned in the territory of the Russian Federation), about 570 nationalists, including about 50 foreign mercenaries, and 49 units of weapons and military equipment were destroyed, the military department said.
In the Zaporozhye region, artillery fire destroyed up to 70 nationalists and 11 armored vehicles of the 128th Mountain Assault Brigade of the VFU.
In addition, high-precision weapons of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed five control points and communication nodes during the day, including the 10th airborne assault and 1st tank brigades of the VFU, the launcher of the Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile system and 43 areas of concentration of troops.

During the counter-battery struggle, two platoons of multiple rocket launchers, two artillery platoons of Hyacinth-B howitzers in firing positions, as well as artillery units in firing positions in 84 districts were destroyed.
Operational-tactical, army aviation, rocket troops and artillery hit 18 control points and 211 areas of concentration of troops.
In an air battle, Russian Aerospace Forces fighters shot down two MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force. Two more Su-25s destroyed air defense units.
Also, nine unmanned aerial vehicles and nine shells of the Hurricane multiple launch rocket system were shot down by Russian air defense systems.
"Since the beginning of the special military operation, 253 aircraft, 137 helicopters, 1543 unmanned aerial vehicles, 355 anti—aircraft missile systems, 4060 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 746 multiple rocket launchers, 3147 field artillery guns and mortars, as well as 4341 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed," he listed Igor Konashenkov.
Dangerous connections
In Slavyansk (DPR), the units of the VFU, with the approval of the civil-military administration, are shelling residential quarters of the city — this is done to incite anti-Russian sentiments, said on July 15, the head of the National Defense Control Center (NCSO) of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev. In particular, on July 14, the VFU artillery, located at the Slavyansk railway station, struck the territory of the central market.
— Within a few minutes after the shelling, Ukrainian media reporters were working at the scene, who carried out photo and video recording of the consequences of allegedly indiscriminate strikes by the Russian armed forces on the civilian population, - the Colonel—General said.
Mikhail Mizintsev also said that the VFU continues to use residential buildings, educational institutions and social facilities for military purposes. In Kramatorsk (DPR), units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are stationed in a kindergarten on Nadia Kurchenko Street, armored vehicles, long-range artillery and MLRS are deployed. Approaches to the institution are mined.
In Nikolaev nationalists equipped strong points in apartment houses on Admiral Street, evacuation of inhabitants wasn't carried out. In Toretsk (DPR), on the territory of school No. 9, VFU units, ammunition depots and armored vehicles are located. At the same time, residents of nearby houses are being held in the gym under the pretext of ensuring security.
In the Odessa region, militants of nationalist formations and employees of the SBU force employees of state and municipal institutions, under threat of dismissal, to fill out questionnaires about existing relatives in Russia, the nature of communication with them, as well as about the presence of acquaintances and neighbors expressing dissatisfaction with the actions of the political leadership of Ukraine.
— All suspects of pro-Russian sentiments are detained and taken away in an unknown direction. Dozens of detainees have not returned to their homes, nothing is known about their fates, — said the head of the NCSO.
Black Sea Initiative
On July 15, the Ministry of Defense told about the course of international negotiations that took place earlier in Istanbul. At the meeting, quadrilateral consultations were held between representatives of the UN, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine on the issue of unblocking Ukrainian ports for the export of agricultural products.
"Russia has proposed measures to ensure the transportation of food to foreign countries, including Russian partners, excluding the use of these logistics chains for the supply of weapons and military equipment to the Kiev regime, as well as preventing provocations," Igor Konashenkov said.
According to him, Russia's proposals are mainly supported by the participants of the consultations. In the near future, the work on the formation of the final document of the "Black Sea Initiative" will be completed.
Retraining of the wounded
In the rehabilitation and educational center established in Moscow on the basis of the branch of the military hospital named after A.A. Vishnevsky, the military personnel participating in the SVO were awarded certificates of completion of the course of additional vocational education, state awards, they were also awarded military ranks.
"In the new places of military service, everything is ready for your arrival. Housing issues have been resolved, places have been prepared for your service, issues of transport and medical support have been worked out. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay and service," said First Deputy Head of the Main Personnel Department of the Military Department, Lieutenant General Yuri Bobrov.

The new specialties received at the educational center will allow military personnel to continue serving in new military positions in organizations of the Ministry of Defense.
Earlier, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu decided to ensure the further passage of military service to all servicemen who were injured during the SVO.
In search of saboteurs
The Defense Ministry told about the soldiers and officers who showed courage and dedication during the special operation.
The automobile column of the Guard of Corporal Nikolai Dorofeev was delivering fuel and lubricants to the advancing Russian units when it was ambushed. The first and last cars in the column were destroyed. Despite this, he managed to get the fuel tank out of the firing zone.
At that moment, he was attacked by two enemy saboteurs. The Guard corporal took the fight and destroyed them with aimed fire.
"Thanks to the courage and determination of Nikolai Dorofeev, the units of the Russian troops received fuel in a timely manner and continued the offensive," the Defense Ministry noted.
A group of Russian servicemen combed the area at night in search of a sabotage and reconnaissance group of the enemy. The first three saboteurs were noticed by Corporal Alexey Pervukhin.

Instantly oriented, he opened fire. As a result of the fleeting battle, two saboteurs were destroyed, and the third laid down his arms and surrendered.
During the interrogation, he provided valuable information about groups of saboteurs, which allowed the command of the group to detect and destroy them, the military department noted.
The group, which included Private Shapi Rabadanov, was liberating the settlement. Shapi found 17 Ukrainian militants in the forest belt and immediately reported this to the commander.
Competently using the folds of the terrain, the Russian paratroopers crept up to the enemy and suddenly attacked him. During the battle, Shapi Rabadanov noticed a colleague who was seriously injured. Under the cover of his comrades, he carried it out on himself from under enemy fire. Returning back, he found a grenade launcher under the cover of the shooter, bypassing our unit from the flank. Shapi did not lose his head and destroyed both with well-aimed fire. Shapi Rabadanov's bold and decisive actions contributed to the destruction of the enemy's sabotage group, the military department noted.
