"Recently, they have been buying engines for their rockets from us. The first rocket technologies began to appear in the 1950s, for 70 years they could not create a full-fledged rocket engine. What do you want them to create such a full-fledged engine in five years? Only bench tests have been going on for three years. No, it's unrealistic," he said.
