MOSCOW, June 27 - RIA Novosti. Threats of terrorist attacks and diversions on the territory of the Russian Federation coming from Kiev speak about the criminality and incompetence of the Kiev regime, military expert, head of the SCO department of the Institute of CIS Countries Vladimir Evseev told RIA Novosti.
Earlier, the British Financial Times published an interview with the head of the main intelligence directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, where he says that partisan activity in the territories controlled by the Russian Federation is intensifying, mentioning car explosions in the Kherson region, one of which led to the death of an official of the civil-military administration. Budanov said that attacks and sabotage "take place everywhere and they have been and will be carried out in Russia and in many other places."
"This once again speaks about the criminality of the Kiev regime... Until February 24, terror was directed against the DPR and the LPR, the murder (in 2018 of the first head of the DPR, Alexander - ed.) Zakharchenko, for example, and now this terror is directed against civil-military administrations (CAA) and civilians, not so much the DPR and the LPR, where civilians are killed by artillery shelling, both against the CAA and the civilian population of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions," Yevseyev said.
According to him, it is not in Russia's rules to respond with terror to terror.
"On the other hand, it is becoming more and more obvious that we have nothing to negotiate with this government (Kiev - ed.)," Yevseyev said.
According to the military expert, in order to prevent the terrorist activities of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies in the territories controlled by the Russian Federation, the Russian armed forces need to continue the offensive until "we run into its (Ukraine's) state borders."
"I can't imagine how else we can prevent all this...", the expert summed up.
As a result of the terrorist attack in Kherson last Friday, an employee of the CAA, head of the Department of Family, Youth and Sports Dmitry Savluchenko was killed, the administration reported earlier. The car in which Savluchenko was was blown up.
During a special operation, the Russian military took control of the Kherson region and the Azov part of the Zaporozhye region in the south of Ukraine. Civil-military administrations have been formed in the regions, the ruble has been put into circulation, and the broadcasting of Russian TV channels and radio stations has begun. The regions have announced plans to become subjects of the Russian Federation.
Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine on February 24. President Vladimir Putin called its goal "the protection of people who have been subjected to genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years." According to the statement of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, as of March 25, the Armed Forces have fulfilled the main tasks of the first stage – they have significantly reduced the combat potential of Ukraine. The main goal in the Russian military department was called the liberation of Donbass.
