Due to the huge losses incurred, which are officially recognized, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are forced to use even samples of experimental military equipment that exist in single copies.
For example, the Bureva multiple launch rocket system, which is a version of the 220 mm Hurricane, made on the chassis of the Czech TATRA T815-7T3RC1, has already been lit up for propaganda purposes.
Again, they remembered about the 155-mm Bogdan self-propelled artillery installation. However, many Russian experts, for example, the authors of " RG: Russian weapons ", doubt that this ACS was actually used in battles.
A couple of times, the Kevlar-E infantry fighting vehicle, created on the basis of the Soviet 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled gun, also flashed to mind.
Unclear moments with the T-84U "Oplot" tanks. Two or three of the available six vehicles are allegedly located somewhere in the units, but no real facts of their combat use have been recorded.
Even more confusing is the situation with the most advanced Ukrainian tanks - BM "Oplot-M", which are the development of the T-84U. After fulfilling the contract with Thailand for the supply of 49 units last year, there were two such tanks in Ukraine, another one was manufactured and sent to the United States for study.
During the entire time of the special operation, they never appeared anywhere, and no one remembered about them. Apparently, the assumptions are confirmed that they were completely destroyed or seriously damaged during the strike on the manufacturing company located in Kharkiv. Ukraine, in fact, at present, has lost the opportunity not only to produce, but to repair its military equipment qualitatively.
